Mobile Notary
After the e-signing, the more formal documents are done with a mobile notary. It takes less than 15 minutes. The notary can come to your home, work, or a convenient public place like a coffee shop.
Cashier’s Check at Signing
- Before the notary comes to you, we’ll email you a copy of the cashier’s check so you can confirm with the bank that it’s good.
- Then, we send the cashier’s check to the notary.
- The notary will bring the cashier’s check to the signing.
- After you sign the docs, the notary will hand you the cashier’s check.
